There is one chapter on hormones that are very important for building muscles, as well as the importance of getting enough sleep and eating the right food. Other chapters explain flexibility training, minimizing muscle imbalances, specialty workouts for improving weak areas and correcting muscular imbalances, various tips, supplements, rest and recovery techniques, and a three-month email consultation.

He sent Vince Del Monte an email, and Vince responded during the next day. He notes that Vince DelMonte is reputable, good in customer service, and he is also listed in the Better Business Bureau. Vince even lists all of the groceries needed for the meal plans so that people know what exactly to buy in order to make their workouts work for them. He also highly recommends the optional upgrades as well as another e-book about reducing fat once people have gained the required muscle. He also likes that the entire e-book is in audio format, which allows him to listen to it anywhere, whether on his iPod or inside of his car. Overall, he claims this program is practical and useful as well as it works.
